Ravager is an Epic melee Hero with a very unique skill set who is most prized as one of the best Hero Aids in the game. His aid skill is that of The Berserker on crack as it not only grants invincibility, but for up to 8 seconds compared to 1s, but also heals the hero and forces enemies to change target. This skill pairs perfectly with Berserker's as they both cap at 15% damage. Developing an army of high level Ravager aids is not easy however as he is very rare to hire and he is not available on the hero card as opposed to Berserker. His shards however are very common in the game currently and his evolution essences are widely available.

Appearance[]

Ravager is a metallic gargoyle with wings and a skull that glow red who wields a double sided harpoon inspired by the kunai of Scorpion from Mortal Kombat with which he yanks enemies to himself. He swipes his weapon across his body and shares the same slow attack rate of most melee heroes of one attack every 1.5 seconds unaided.

Hero Skill[]

His Active Skill is able to maintain up to 80% damage reduction for almost its entire duration making him able to withstand the abuse often dulled out to front like fighters without having to invest an inordinate amount of resources towards defense. He also gains some healing from his divine skill while protective the party and dealing knock back and stun to the enemies and gains a significant amount of skill damage reduction from insight but perhaps even more importantly reduces DoT damage by up to 50% and allows him to resist many powerful enemy skill effects making him an incredibly resilient hero, however he does not have a taunt and his skills fall a little short of making him an incredible option as a tank, especially considering the perfection that Penthesilea is as a tank. He does however make a perfect support for your team.

Active Skill[]

Ravage

This skill has a 15 second cooldown and goes off pretty much instantly pulling an enemy right on top of him. The skill gains healing at level 26 and the additional effect of pulling flying heroes to the ground at level 30. Show All Levels

Aid Skill[]

Relish

His aid skill is aptly named relish because it is simply amazing. When The Berserker was added to the game he immediately became the new standard to place on every one of your Heroes as a defensive aid much better than Pan Goli, and now an aid Hero with the same ability to grant invincibility, but for a much longer amount of time while also providing healing and a forced target redirect is simply the new standard and it compliments Berserker's aid skill so well.

2 Grants Invincibility for 2.5s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 55% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 40% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 95s. Requires Active Skill level 4.
3 Grants Invincibility for 3s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 50% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 55% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 90s. Requires Active Skill level 7.
4 Grants Invincibility for 3.5s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 45% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 70% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 85s. Requires Active Skill level 9.
5 Grants Invincibility for 4s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 40% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 85% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 80s. Requires Active Skill level 11.
6 Grants Invincibility for 4.5s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 35% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 100% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 75s. Requires Active Skill level 14.
7 Grants Invincibility for 5s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 30% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 115% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 70s. Requires Active Skill level 16.
8 Grants Invincibility for 6s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 25% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 130% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 63s. Requires Active Skill level 18.
9 Grants Invincibility for 7s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 20% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 150% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 55s. Requires Active Skill level 20.
10 Grants Invincibility for 7.5s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 17% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 170% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 50s. Requires Active Skill level 28.
11 Grants Invincibility for 8s whenever deployed Hero takes DMG greater than 15% of his/her current HP from a hit. Also heals deployed Hero for 200% of the DMG taken, and forces all enemy Heroes attacking them to redirect their attacks to another target (ineffective if there're no other targets). Cooldown 45s. Requires Active Skill level 31.

Divine Skill[]

This skill is very powerful as simply combining knockback with a massive speed reduction and silence is a great combination but to also decrease enemy damage and absorb dot damage puts this skill over the top. This skill is also one of the only ways around enemy taunts. All of this plus the duration is insanely long.

Reduces the SPD and DMG of affected Heroes by 90% and 15% respectively for 30s, and inflicts silence for 4s. Ravager also absords 75% of DMG taken by allied Heroes that was inflicted by DMG-over-time conditions, and recovers the same amount as HP. Lasts 70s. All allied units will change targets after the skill is used.

Reduces the SPD and DMG of affected Heroes by 90% and 35% respectively for 40s, and inflicts silence for 8s. Ravager also absords 80% of DMG taken by allied Heroes that was inflicted by DMG-over-time conditions, and recovers the same amount as HP. Lasts 80s. All allied units will change targets after the skill is used.

Fortitude Skill[]

This skill can be incredibly deadly as no one wants any of their heroes dragged straight into the middle of a base to be seperated from the rest of the party. Be careful to place Ravager carefully so that he cannot be easily picked off alone by the first hero your enemy deploys rendering this skill useless. The best way to counter this skill is to either pull Ravager to you with a skill or by agroing him with one hero and then drop the rest of your heroes once he is in range. It is strange that it does not say the % chance, in my experience at high level this skill has something like a 50% chance to go off.

15 Increases Ravagers Hero Skill DMG Red by 31%, and reduces DMG taken from damaging debuffs by 34%. Ravager also has a 65% chance to resist some of the effects of Hydrasaur's Famine, Stormrider's Cyclone, Djinni's Soul Harvest, and Toxic Shaman's Soul Taker.
16 Increases Ravagers Hero Skill DMG Red by 34%, and reduces DMG taken from damaging debuffs by 36%. Ravager also has a 70% chance to resist some of the effects of Hydrasaur's Famine, Stormrider's Cyclone, Djinni's Soul Harvest, and Toxic Shaman's Soul Taker.
17 Increases Ravagers Hero Skill DMG Red by 37%, and reduces DMG taken from damaging debuffs by 38%. Ravager also has a 75% chance to resist some of the effects of Hydrasaur's Famine, Stormrider's Cyclone, Djinni's Soul Harvest, and Toxic Shaman's Soul Taker.
18 Increases Ravagers Hero Skill DMG Red by 40%, and reduces DMG taken from damaging debuffs by 40%. Ravager also has a 80% chance to resist some of the effects of Hydrasaur's Famine, Stormrider's Cyclone, Djinni's Soul Harvest, and Toxic Shaman's Soul Taker.
19 Increases Ravagers Hero Skill DMG Red by 45%, and reduces DMG taken from damaging debuffs by 45%. Ravager also has a 85% chance to resist some of the effects of Hydrasaur's Famine, Stormrider's Cyclone, Djinni's Soul Harvest, and Toxic Shaman's Soul Taker.

  • He is an incredible hero who is just simply outclassed by Penthesilea in too many ways making him a bit of a bench player. Of course there are many game modes in which they can be fielded together just fine but his overall utility is hurt by the ones where that doesn't work so well, but his use as an aid means he will always have a spot somewhere in your lineup, sadly enough his aid skill is so strong it just might mean that is where he stays.
